Douglas John Cameron, Oucho and Whiskey Jack perform a special show for the kids (and adults of course).
This is a Mother's Day show so of course, it has to be special! The afternoon begins at 2:00 PM with Whiskey's Jack's kid's show. On the set list is Douglas' Juno nominated kid's song "Ants In Your Pants". The show will feature the touring band, our first Toronto appearance in 4 years. Special guests have been invited to join the festivities. Treat Mom, bring the kids (free) and we'll entertain them.
$30 - kids free
Oshawa and the surrounding area is a perfect fit for this show. Historically, the music fans here have appreciated and applauded the soul of country music. This show will have plenty of that...guaranteed.

Dr. H.S. Trefry Memorial Centre, 30th Anniversary Concert. The back story to this show is special. It's all because of my Dad's baby sister, Beth. She lives in Richard's Landing and volunteers at the Trefry Centre. Months ago, she called me to suggest a Whiskey Jack show to celebrate this anniversary. There are 2 other important reasons why I'm very pleased that we were able to make it happen. First, the Fremlin family doctor in the 1940's and 50's was Dr. Trefry. Second, he was the doctor that delivered me in 1949. St. Joe Island and area is home to hundreds of Fremlins. I expect all of them to be at this show.
$40 fees included

Many of the highlights of Tom's career, particularly in the early years, occurred in Temiskaming Shores and vicinity. It's only natural that we return here and present his music to his long time and loyal fans. They'll join us with many memories of their own. Whiskey Jack's first visit to the area with Tom was in 1993 - lots to share. Tickets available at the Legion, in person or by etransfer. rclegion54@yahoo.ca
