These seasoned veterans of Stompin' Tom's back-up band return to Eastern Canada for the first time in years. Over the decades, they did their time standing on stage with Mr. Canada learning each night why Tom became Canada's troubadour. These weren't easy tours - Tom could be demanding at times - but they gave these musicians lessons on how to entertain that stayed with them the rest of their career....and they're still going strong. They'll sing the hits and tell the stories that followed. This is a family show that will entertain audiences of all musical tastes and age groups.

Whiskey Jack's "other" musical entity is Doogie and Dun (aka Douglas John Cameron and Duncan Fremlin). These two giants (5 feet, 7 and one half inches) in the Canadian music community are the voices of our Stories & Songs of Stompin' Tom Show.
On November 28, 2021 at 2:00 PM, they will be streaming an afternoon of songs from their personal, Christmas and Stompin' Tom catalogues. This will be filmed at The Redwood Theatre, an historic Toronto vaudeville palace built in the 1920's. The setting couldn't be better.
We'll welcome a small studio audience of invited guests but the general public can enjoy the show from their big screen TV or their computer.
Gibson Centre - Honda Hall, 63 Tupper Street West , Alliston, ON L9R 1E4
After much preparation and even more anticipation, we are very pleased to return to the stage with our new show. Our special guest will be Stompin' Tom's fiddler, a man who toured many times with Tom, Billy MacInnis from Prince Edward Island! You'll hear new tunes, new stories and yes, even new jokes. Our tour is called "Let's Smile Again".
$35
Duncan Fremlin and Douglas John Cameron, the leaders and vocalists from the Stompin' Tom touring show, also perform as Doogie and Dun. This performance will feature a special Stompin' Tom segment as presented on the big Stories & Songs show.
We are very happy to confirm this 2021 show. We plan on inviting some special guests to join us. It will be a celebration like no other. Other shows will be added to this tour.

This will be our second appearance at this storied theatre and we are bringing Canadian actor/author/comedian/singer Sean Cullen with us. “Stompin’ Tom’s Canada Meets Sean Cullen’s Comedy” is a playful, funny, very musical and all Canadian show starring one of Stompin’ Tom’s favourite touring bands, Whiskey Jack. Sean and the band have presented their onstage antics numerous times over the years and will be on tour again in 2020.
Duncan Fremlin and his show “Whiskey Jack Presents Stories & Songs of Stompin’ Tom” first invited comedian, author, actor and singer Sean Cullen to join them at their very first concert in 2014. As Sean stepped onto the stage that night, he told the audience that Tom had written songs about potatoes, tomatoes and tobacco but sadly, not one about what many consider to be Canada’s national food, poutine. Within minutes and with the band providing the soundtrack, I Love Poutine was created, on stage, in front of hundreds of hungry fans. It brought the house down!
Whiskey Jack’s 25 years on stage and in the studio with Stompin’ Tom form the heart and soul of this show, now in its 7th year. Each night, Duncan and his all star musicians, including 5 time Canadian National Fiddle Champion, Randy Morrison and 2 time Juno nominee, Douglas John Cameron, captivate the fans by singing all the hits (The Hockey Song, Bud the Spud and more) and sharing stories of the private, backstage world of Stompin’ Tom. And yes, these are the outrageous tales that made him the legendary iconic hero to the entire country.

It's been a long time since we visited the welcoming home of Peter and Marlene Chitty. In the world of "house concerts", this is the gold standard. Great seating, PA, excellent location and the most welcoming hosts you can imagine. This will be like your very own private Stompin' Tom show. Order in advance the suggested donation of $25.
